Founders of No Limits Disability
No Limits Disability was founded by Will and Nancy in 2021 with one clear purpose:
To provide support like no other — and to make sure no one walks their journey alone.
As an Irish-Asian founding duo, Will and Nancy bring together two cultures rooted in strength, compassion, and deep community values. Their lived experiences — both personal and professional — give them a unique understanding of what it means to navigate challenges, advocate for others, and show up with heart.
They know that living with disability can feel isolating. That’s why NLD was created: to be a space of real connection, cultural sensitivity, and unwavering care.
With their calm, grounded approach, Will and Nancy ensure every person is treated with dignity, heard with intention, and supported in a way that reflects their values, goals, and individuality.
Their mission is simple but powerful:
